Our philosophy is to build quality into the product from the very beginning. We focus on three stages: Developing, Production and Final Inspection.

QC in Product Development

We assist both clients and suppliers in sample & product development. We support suppliers to find qualified & low-cost materials to cut down the product cost. With our professional knowledge, we will assist suppliers to build quality into the product in the developing period. We can also assist them with the necessary lab testing/certification if required.

QC in Mass Production

Pre-production meetings with suppliers will be arranged to study the approved sample and to set up the quality standard for suppliers to follow. The PP Meeting shall be held after sample approved and before mass production.

1. Samples review and study --- Review and Study samples closely, point out production difficulties and places that need attention.

2. Discussion with suppliers --- For unavoidable quality deviation, we will work with suppliers to make an acceptable deviation range.

3. Clients’ quality requirement --- We will show suppliers clients’ quality requirements which must fully abide by.

4. Set up quality standard --- After discussion, the quality standard will be fixed base on mutual agreement.

Final Inspection

During the final inspection, random samples are drawn from finished products based on the AQL. Detailed specifications, such as shipping mark, retail box printing, bar code, product quantity, size, color, appearance, and function, will be verified to assure they conform to clients’ requirements. For example, by using AQL level II 2.5 (Maj), 4.0 (Min) as the inspection standard, we have an order of 30,000pcs to inspect. The sampling size is 315pcs and the allowed maximum number of defective unit is as follows according to AQL Table,

2. Major Defect - 14

3. Minor Defect - 21
